So once you have decided that you intend to invest with Platinum but feel you need to walk on your land / property on most developments we offer the opportunity of an inspection trip which is a unique opportunity to address any outstanding queries or concerns you may have. We only offer trips to serious potential buyers, there is of course no obligation at this stage and there is certainly no need for the Platinum Team to hard sell or pressure you whilst you are there, our developments market and sell themselves. If you are intending to invest in land or property off plan you may want to visit at the commencement of construction, when the roof goes on or to collect your keys in person! However we understand that new clients may want to draw confidence from visiting where their money is being spent - prior to the signing of contracts. The Platinum Team will ensure that your visit is a pleasurable, fulfilling experience. We are confident that if you have come so far as wanting to visit you will not be disappointed when you get here, your only regret will be that you wish you had invested sooner. Our business is not to provide free holidays or to sell you something you cannot afford so only qualified clients with the intention and means to buy can join an inspection trip. Why do we qualify our Clients? There are many reasons why we qualify our clients before they join an inspection trip, most importantly. A substantial amount of administrative time and effort is involved in making a booking for a client and looking after their needs; we do not wish to waste your time or ours if you are not seriously considering becoming a Platinum Client by purchasing with us. In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria: You have decided to buy a property or land in the chosen location. You have identified a budget that corresponds to the price range in the chosen location. You are in a financial position to buyYou have knowledge of the important factors that affect purchasing a property in the chosen location (e.g.: payment schedules, mortgages, etc) Budget One of the most important criteria when qualifying our clients is confirming they are in a financial position to make the purchase. Platinum will ensure you have a financial budget that corresponds to your chosen investment that is affordable to you. Please note that closing costs, such as lawyers fees will need to be included in the budget, we will provide all of this information to you. Where possible we will arrange a meeting before your trip to discuss the financial factors of your prospective purchase. How to arrange an Inspection Trip. Platinum are very flexible when it comes to arranging inspection trips; in principle you can fly from any airport and arrive in the chosen location on whatever date you choose. Booking. We would recommend that you contact us by email where possible so that we can make contact and return the booking form to you. Please note we do not disclose your email address to third parties, or if you prefer to give us a call.
